I know the whole point of these videos is looking at them and making your decision with information. I just don't know if this truck is worth $80. Not to say they haven't done a lot of work on it. But it just seem like an inflated price on a single truck. I guess it is my measuring stick. Not to say this group needs to lower the price of the tuck or anything but you can clearly tell that there are levels at which you have to make decisions based on what you want to set up. (how much you want to commit to this game) Still the truck looks great just not for me.

Started playing Ats recently I’m using Moza R5 bundle and HGP shifter. But my question is what do you use for eye tracking? I’m just using opentrack with a face cam I had laying around but it’s not as smooth and I get like 20-30fps.

The plus 3 means the adaptive crusie control allows 3 mph difference before trying to slow it down. From my understanding anyway.

You're allowed to go through crossing when there is yellow light (before was green, next it will be red) if you're not able to stop on time which would result you stopping with truck in middle of crossing. Regarding blinking red light of train tracks, first it starts blinking (and there can also be bell sounds) and after few seconds ramp will go down which will close road so you cant cross over train tracks

3 things. Euro trucks can have both engine and gearbox retarder. Engine retarder is generally an exhaust brake, essentially creating back pressure in the exhaust system and slowing the truck down a gearbox retarder is I guess in a way similar to the old CAT brake saver in that it directs oil into a housing where it is pressurised thus creating resistance against the drivetrain slowing the truck. Secondly Mph to km/h common conversions you'll need 25mph is 40km/h 37mph is 60km/h 50mph is 80km/h 62mph is 100km/h European trucks however are all limited to 56mph Thirdly, I miss owner operator, when will it return?

Again a great video! The railroads flash white to let you know there’s a crossing and red flash when a train is coming. Also don’t forget it’s air suspension the truck needs to be slammed when parked driver! 😂

Namely having 6x2 with liftaxle versus 6x4: If you always have heavy weight being pulled, sure have 6x4 but if you dont have and you get light load on winter, why have the low weight being spread on 2 axles when you can have it concentrated on 1. 6x4 can climb a tree if enough weight but being hopeless in winter without i Of course if you have the money you can spec 6x4 with lifting rear axle to get benefit of both worlds from either Scania or Volvo. Hi little tip to see better at night. Is to close your eyes for min or 2 and opem then up up slowly. Do that for a week or 2 and you will start to see wayy better in dark area. I been doing it from age 10 when i patrol our farm. And i ride with lights off. People ask me how i see that good in darkness. Only problem is if its pitch black i sturgle a little. But u can see the outline of things and in about 3mins u will start to see way better. Its how your eyes is build.

What are your settings for the most realistic feel? I have steering wheel, pedals, and trucking shifter. Former OTR driver myself for 4 years, so really wanting to maximize the opportunity. I don't do any mods though lol

How mike just wondering what wheel you use and how you get that many degrees rotate out of it?

Watch Call the Malls video, where he ends up delivering at the end of a dead-end road and touches power lines (in the title of the video). Watching that he rotates the Steering wheel in his Peterbilt 379 a lot to get out. I count 2 and a 3rd rotations at least in each direction, placing it at about 1640-1660 degrees of rotation. Watching Trucking Passions videos, counting his W900 it has 2 and a half rotations each way which is 1800 degrees of rotation. It seems different trucks have different degrees of rotations.
